In today’s world of disconnection and constant solicitation we suffer, more and more, from chronic stress and burnout.
We work long hours and a lot of us carry a lot of stress and unfortunately, we don’t know how to handle it properly. We often repress it deep inside. We might also have a poor-quality sleep and wake up tired most of the days. We just don’t respect our sleep cycles out of ignorance. Without necessarily being aware of it, many of us eat too much
processed food and have insufficient physical activity. We find ourselves more disconnected from nature and spend most of our days under artificial lights.
Most of us are unaware of our thought patterns and how negative thoughts can badly influence our life.
